Florida Prosecutors Will Be Releasing Robert Kraft Video

Florida prosecutors have decided Wednesday that they will be releasing the never-before-seen surveillance tape of Patriots Owner Robert Kraft allegedly paying for a sexual encounter at a Jupiter, Florida, massage parlor.

According to John Ellement of the Boston Globe, court papers have been submitted by Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronburg stating that it is the obligation of the prosecution, under Florida law, to provide the public with said video.

The prosecution claims, “as the custodian of the records, [it] cannot delay the release of records to allow a person to raise a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents,” adding that “[t]he Public Records Act does not allow a custodian to delay the production of records to allow the resolution of a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents.”

Basically, the prosecution wants the tape and they want it now. The longer they delay the release, the more time Kraft’s legal team has to find a reason to block its public reveal. Right now, it looks like it is a matter of “when” instead of “if” which bring the most important question of all… “Do I watch it?”

The answer: ABSOLUTELY.

Stop thinking about the fact that Kraft is 77 years old. Stop thinking about the anti-climactic (well, for you at least) plot. Think of it more as every other celebrity sex tape and the part of a 30 for 30 where everything goes wrong.

12 Programs Won an NCAA Tournament Game and a Bowl Game This Year

Depending on the program, doing just one of these is a feat in itself. Marshall winning an NCAA tourney game is major step in the right direction and Kentucky or Duke winning a bowl game is basically unheard of.

This sabermetric is cool in the way that your school winning a Cheerleading and Rifle title in the same year is cool. No one cares, but it’s worth mentioning. Also, the fact that only 12 teams did this brings a trump card to any rivalry argument.

The 12 teams to win an NCAA Tournament game and a Bowl game are:
Alabama
Kentucky
Texas A&M
Ohio State
Marshall
Auburn
Cincinnati
Clemson
Duke
Florida
Nevada
Syracuse

If you would have asked me 5 years ago who would be on this list, I would have said Florida, Ohio State and Louisville. Three schools who are usually consistent at both sports. I definitely would not have said Alabama or Clemson, because they seem a little focused on football every year, and I also would have left out Duke and Kentucky because their football teams have been nonexistent some years. I could not be happier for Marshall though. Major step for their program.
