Justin Fields Transfers to Ohio State

Georgia Quarterback Justin Fields has announced that he will be transferring to Ohio State University. After a year of backing up Jake Fromm, the former number one overall recruit is looking to play now. He will appeal immediately for his eligibility.

What does this mean for Ohio State? Haskins still hasn’t declared yet and they have Tate Martell who is very viable option as his replacement. Ohio State and Ryan Day are smart enough not to add another 5 star quarterback to their roster. That amount of competition always leads to chaos. Just look at what happened at Clemson.

This could only mean that Dwayne Haskins will be declaring for the draft and Day is looking to create a quarterback battle. Either way, Ohio State is going to come out on top with another incredible arm in the backfield.
